Lakeshores basic design is modular. The arms, back and seat are built separately and fastened securely together after being upholstered. This makes the product much easier to ship and install as the peices can be removed individually and assembled on site. The upholstery features high density, high resiliency foam over elastic webbing on ¾" hardwood plywood frame.

The base frame is finished with a high impact silver epoxy powder coat, electrostatically applied for corrosion resistance.

Environmental sustainability is a key. Lakeshores component materials are easily separated. The steel frame is recyclable. Upholstery is easily removable. Foam is CFC free.
