Returns policies
If for any reason you wish to return a product you purchased please call us toll free 866-800-0028 and ask for our returns department. We will not issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) via email. We will not accept products sent back without an RMA. If an item is returned without an RMA, the item will be refused by the receiving department and sent back to the shipper at your cost.
In Stock Product:
Returned items must be in their original carton with all of the included packaging, paperwork, and inserts in new condition and unassembled. We reserve the right to inspect the item returned to ascertain its condition. If it is in new condition we will refund you your full purchase price minus our restocking fee of 35%. Return of freight is on customer’s expense. If the item received is not in the original condition and/or missing inserts or original packaging you will be subject to restocking fees in addition to the full value of the merchandise depending on severity of damage. Assessment of damage is at the sole discretion of Office Leader Corp.
Any product that was purchased from Office Leader Corp. and is a standard stock item, meaning you did not have the product custom made or built to order to your specification i.e. choice of fabric or product features, is returnable if sealed in its original packaging and has not been assembled. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer returning the item purchased i.e. the shipping cost to the customer (even though we may not have charged shipping it was not free we paid for it to be delivered to you), the shipping from the customer back to us plus a 35% restocking fee. If an item has been opened and assembled it cannot be returned for a refund.
It is the customers responsibility to return the purchase in good condition, therefore please make sure that you have packed the item being returned securely in the original carton with all of the inserts and packaging materials. Make sure that you choose a carrier that is insured and insure the shipment for the full value of the item being returned. Should you wish the return shipping to be handled by our shipping dept, we will shop for the best shipping price and email you the charge if you agree we will schedule a pickup of the item being returned.
Please note:
Office Furniture, Cubicles, Casegoods, i.e. Desks, Bookcases, Hutches Etc. Home Furniture and Home Furnishings are not eligible for our returns policy they are final sale and not returnable under any circumstances. These fall under the category of built on order. Upon order placement an acknowledged invoice is emailed for accurate reviewing, giving a 24 hour window allowance for revisions/cancellation. After 24 hours of processing – the product is deemed non-refundable nor non-cancellable.
