Lakeshores basic design is modular. The arms, back and seat are built separately and fastened securely together after being upholstered. This makes the product much easier to ship and install as the peices can be removed individually and assembled on site. The upholstery features high density, high resiliency foam over elastic webbing on ¾" hardwood plywood frame.
