The frame is contoured to fit the shape of the 5/8" thick solid molded melamine back. The 5/8" thick molded seat is contoured for comfort and has a waterfall front edge. Adjustable height chair has 7/8"-18 gauge inserts attached with #14 self threading screws to securely lock the extension to the frame.
